Rolling over
My ds is 3 1/2 months and has begun rolling over. The only problem is is that he has a hard time flipping back and gets tired and lays with his face down. Any suggestions or advice as to what to do.

Rolling over
One of mine did that. Totally face down in the mattress. My sister suggested keeping her strapped into the car seat. I did that a few times, but mostly I was just a lunatic from 4 months to 6 months (when SIDS drops off). I slept with her in my arms most of the time or I slept up right in a recliner type rocking chair with her on my chest. I woke up non stop to check on her to make sure she was breathing. I flipped her back to her back or turned her head all the time. Can you tell I was not a relaxed mama? Everyone told me that she would be fine (and she is) but those early days were really scary for me :o(

Rolling over
dd did this. at first i kept going in and flipping her over. ped said if she was comfy to leave her. i was paranoid as well! eventually she was able to roll herself back.

Mine did this too. They have rolled belly to back before but dont really know to do it so they just lay there. I just keep an eye on them. If they roll and get tired I usually hear them complaining. Sometimes they have their face too into the mattress so I move them.

Exactly the same with my DD. Sometimes she wines for me to flip her, but other times she lays there. I always check to make sure her head is at least slightly tilted so she can breath.
