If it was part of the recommended vaccines then yes- we follow the peds schedule.
I don't recall this one specifically though

Hep A - Yes or No?
Yes. DD1 got it a few years ago when they started the recommendation. She was 10 or 11 I believe. DS got his at the scheduled time. He actually just got the 2nd one (it's a two shot series) and had absolutly no reaction whatsoever

Yes we did..As it can easily be passed by close personal contact and sometimes by eating food or drinking water containing HAV. We also like to travel so I felt it was important to have it.

Thanks everyone...its not mandated so that is why I wondered. I have given my kids their required shots but broken up and at 7 and nearly 4 neither of them have the HEP A...might have to do some more research before making my decision one way or another.

Its required here so she got it. grr
No reaction, just think its a useless shot. She has had both. At 1yr when she got to Texas and then again at 2yrs old.
