Whole body is sore
Gave birth on tues vaginally. Came home yesterday. I'm so sore I feel like my whole body was beat up. Dr said its normal and to keep taking my Motrin. So worth it im completely in love with my dd.

when i gave birth, i literally felt like i was run over by a truck. granted, i had a c-section, but still i was surprised that things like my chest and arms hurt.

It's most likely from using all of the muscles in your body to push. It happened to me give yourself a week to feel better, congrats!

Yep- it's using muscles you never knew you had! Totally normal.
I remember my arms were killing me from holding onto the bed rails while bearing down and pushing.
Congrats on the baby!
