How much do you think it will cost for these cupcakes?
I would love to have these cupcakes for DS's Cars theme birthday party. How much do you think they go for? Is it worth it to do it myself?
Also, should I have one for each guest or just for the kids at the party?

How much do you think it will cost for these cupcakes?
Between 3.50-4.50 a cupcake...maybe a tad less if you can have it covered in icing and not fondant with just fondant decorations.
I would do enough for the kids only and feed the adults cake

Etsy has cake transfers. Perhaps it would be more cost effective to get a transfer on the cake

I would make them yourself and buy the cupcake toppers on Etsy. I did that last year and they were so cute (Rapunzel)

Thanks! I don't have the time. I feel bad because I won't be doing anything special for DS#2. I made all of DS#1's birthday cakes. Things are different with 2 kids.

You don't need to have a membership to shop on etsy, but I think you do need to be registered. It's basically like buying from any regular website though.
Those cupcakes are adorable. I think they would probably be about 3.50 - 4.00 each. I think you should do one for each kid and then do coordinating plain ones for the adults.

I don't have a lot of experience with chocolate. I only used it once with cake pops. In my opinion I feel it is harder to work with chocolate than fondant. Maybe I just don't know enough but how would you make the opening for the mouth using chocolate?

Modeling chocolate is different than chocolate you melt. It's like a gum paste texture
