Please share your 13 month old's feeding schedule
DD just turned 13 months old and I think I need to adjust her schedule.
Here's her schedule now: 8:30 7oz bottle 10:30ish breakfast Usually a stage 2 gerber oatmeal and Cheerios. Sometimes a banana too and waffles or eggs 12:30 7oz bottle 2:30is lunch always a yo baby yogurt because she loves it and Cheerios. Sometimes some of a stage 2 fruit 4:30 7oz bottle 6:30ish dinner I struggle here. She hates all meats. Usually cheese, pasta, string beans, and sometimes she'll eat a stage 2 fruit 8:30 7oz bottle
She never finishes these bottles but always has her required 20-24 oz by the end of the day. The past 2 days she has hardly been drinking that 4:00 bottle so I'm thinking of trying to drop it, but I never know if she's really eating enough because she really ears mostly table food. She's so picky and a lot ends up on her instead of in her mouth.
So what's your LO's schedule like? Thanks!

Please share your 13 month old's feeding schedule
DD just turned one. She's a big breakfast eater and then doesn't take a whole lot after that. She eats a small lunch and barely snacks. Dinner is hit or miss really. Her typical schedule looks like this:
7:30-bf
8:30- breakfast: banana and waffle maybe with a scrambled egg, sometimes other fruit with pancakes or french toast
10:00- cheerios or puffs as a snack
12-1:30- nap
1:30-bf
2:00-lunch: Usually just a fruit and yogurt or fruit and veg pouch. Sometimes cold cuts, crackers, fruit, or leftovers. Some days I give it around 11 before her nap. Depends on where we are and what we're doing.
3:30-maybe a snack of cheerios, puffs or cereal bar
5:30- dinner: Typically whatever we're eating or leftovers like chicken, meatballs, whatever really with a little rice or pasta if we have it. Veggies are usually peas or broccoli which she loves. Some days I'll do Dr. Praeger's fish nuggets or scrambled egg if we're having something she won't eat.
7:30-bf

It's funny, sometimes I feel like I may as well be back to bfing 8 times a day with all these meals! Between nursing, meals, and snacks it's the whole day! DD has a handful of cheerios in a snack cup once or twice a day and that's really it for snacks. It's also why her lunch it usually just a pouch that she downs in less than a minute while I hold her. I can't bear to strap her in the chair and do another full meal. DD has never been one to complain that she's hungry and her %ile is slowly inching up so I'm not worried.

Re: Please share your 13 month old's feeding schedule
DS is 14 months and his schedule is as follows
7:00-nurses 8:45- breakfast . Usually steel cut oats with chopped fruit mixed in, sometimes cereal and milk with fruit on the side, sometimes French toast, pancakes or waffles always with fruit. He usually gets a straw cup with 6oz of milk.
11:00- Snack - either fruit, cheddar bunnies. Grain bar etc. he gets water in his straw cup. Sometimes he skips this snack.
1:00 Lunch- we do either pasta, grilled cheese, peanut nutter and banana sandwich, pita and hummus, a vege stir fry. Depending on how much dairy he has gotten, I give him about 5-6 oz of milk or water in his straw cup
3:00- Snack- we do apple sauce, yogurt, pita and hummus, unsalted pretzels, fruit etc. 5:30- dinner is whatever we eat. He alwayys eats meat, a vege and a starch. He always gets 6 oz of milk for dinner.
8:00- he gets 5 oz of breast milk/ whole milk ( I'm a week away from eliminating breast milk in this feeding and just using whole milk) in his straw cup.
DS doesn't use bottles anymore. When he hits 15 months, I'm eliminating the morning breast feeding session and giving whole milk instead.

Don't worry about not feeding enough. If she is hungry she will let you know.
My DS get 3 meals and a snack between lunch and dinner. He is in the 5th % also and dr says he is fine.
Milk and water/ juice.
To the OP. unless you are against giving meats just keep trying. DS hated them at first. Now he eats them all but it took a bit.

24 oz is a lot of milk. Is that your doctor recommended amount? She might be filling up on milk and not hungry for other foods. Maybe see if you can cut down a few ounces.

That's just the baby. I have nearly 3yo twins too and they eat several times a day too. Even w/ all of the food that he eats, he's in the 5th% for weight too.

Yes. My 13mo tried everything we eat. Sandwiches, steak, everything. The only things I really dont give him are tortilla chips and popcorn. Just break things into tiny pieces and see how she does.

Re: Please share your 13 month old's feeding schedule
DD is 14 months. wake at 6:30-7am 6 oz bottle milk
7:30am breakfast is eggs, cereal, yogurt, melon, and/or banana and sippy with water or water/juice combo
10ish snack fruit, dry cereal, gerber biscuits, crackers, veggie crisp cracker things, etc.
10:30-11 6 oz bottle milk
12-12:30 lunch grilled cheese, fruit, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, peanut butter on crisps, crackers, avacado, and/or yogurt; sippy with water or water/juice combo
3:00 snack fruit, dry cereal, gerber biscuits, animal crackers, saltine or ritz crackers, veggie straws, etc.
4-4:30 6 oz. bottle milk
5:30-6 dinner peas, carrots, green beans, mixed veggies, bread, pasta, melon, chicken, mashed potatoes, avocado, mac & cheese, sometimes what we are having- depending. sippy with water or water/juice combo
7-8pm 8 oz bottle milk before bed
DD drinks a lot i think, in that she always seems to be drinking. she walks around with a sippy during the day too, but i dont think she actually IS drinking a lot. she doesnt usually finish her bottles and her sippys get thrown on the floor numerous times during meals. lol
she also has a very sensitive stomach so we have to be super careful what she eats as far as table food goes. i know some people just give their DC whatever they are eating, but we really can't do that. shes in the 40th % for weight and 60th for height. she can be fussy some days and eats like a bird, and then gobble everything up the next and eat like a piggy! no rhyme or reason with this little stinker...

I'm so scared of choking. I didn't let my older dd that until she was 2. I cut everything really small. I'm very paranoid of chocking. I put some meats like steak into the food processor and make its super tiny. My older dd didn't eat pretzels until she was 2.5 and they were the super thin sticks so don't feel bad.

DS has been having pretzels since before a year. Yes sanwiches. Cut in 4s and then he bites off pieces. Once he hit 12m he got no more baby food. I do have a pouch or two on hand in case we are on the go and he has to eat late.

Re: Please share your 13 month old's feeding schedule
your dd is drinking too much milk. 4 bottles is a lot at that age.
We give sippy cups. Probably 2 1/2 a day.
6:30am wakes 6:40am breakfast (he's hungry first thing every morning) and sippy cup 8:45 nap for 2 hours 10:45 snack and sippy cup if he wants 12 lunch 1:15 nap for 2 hours 3:15 snack and sippy cup if wanted 5pm dinner 7pm bedtime
ds is 15 months. but it's been the same schedule for a few months now.

20-24oz is what was recommended by the ped at her 12 month appt. I don't think she's drinking too much because she always falls in that range by the end of the day. I did try dropping a bottle yesterday afternoon. She was ok, but hardly ate dinner at all!! I was surprised.
