Reduced to one nap
DD is 11 months old and the last week she changed her nap schedule. Normally she goes down at 10 and 3 and sleeps about 2 hrs the first nap and a hour the second but this last week its been one nap from 11-1:30/2.
Is this about when they reduce to one nap a day? I thought it would be after a year.

Reduced to one nap
I've read that the average is 18 months for 1 nap, but it of course can happen earlier with diff children. As much as I love when dd takes her 2 naps, it severely limits my outing schedule with her (she refuses to sleep anywhere but her crib) So I guess the 1 nap can be good or bad however you look at it

Reduced to one nap
DD has been down to one 1.5-2 hour nap a day since 10 or 11 months. Every once in a while if we're out in the afternoon she'll doze off for a second nap in the car but for the most part she'll only do one. Needless to say I am TIRED!

DS went to one nap at 12 months. He naps usually from 12 -2ish

Yes dd did that around 11 months. 1 long nap

Reduced to one nap
My daughter is almost 13 months and just went to 1 nap. Once in awhile she will take a second nap but it only lasts about thirty minutes.
