Day Care Recommendations
I am looking for a daycare for my 6 month old daughter - New Hyde Park, Mineola, Rockville Centre, Garden City - ideally close to the LIRR but the quality of the daycare is most important. Any recommendations? I will need 5 days a week and one that has long hours. 
ETA - Or elsewhere in Nassau?

I know Learn and Play in Mineola has really early and late hours.

I take DD to Precious Spirit in NHP, but they are only open till 6/6:30.

if you're willing to go to Bellmore I use Sweet Tots. the hours are 7am-6pm.

Harbor Child Care, its off of Willis Ave, Mineola. Child attends there...excellent!

Both my DSs went to Harbor in RexCorp Plaza on Hempstead Tpke. I love the teachers and administrators there. Not a huge fan of the larger Harbor Administration.

No problem!
Those hours work with most daycares, so you shouldn't have a problem. I actually take DD in a little before 7:30 am where she goes and she's not the first kid that arrives.

My son is over at Willis Ave which is one of the larger centers and the administration is AMAZING!!!!
