roseola rash
Hi ladies,
Its been quite a week my ds had HIGH fevers for three days. Now a rash . Hes been dx with roseola. I know every child is different. But if your child had this do you remember how long the rash lasted?

Ds's rash lasted 24 hrs when he had roseola. Hope your ds feels better soon!

It lasted at least 2 days for ds and came again a second time a few days after

DD's rash came and went with a day or 2. She had a very high fever for around 3 days and then got the rash. Bothered me more than her i think.

A few days, but the rash is a good sign, it means the worst of it is over. The rash looks worse than it really is! you're in the home stretch!

Im pretty sure DD had this about 2 weeks ago (not dr diagnosed) and the rash lasted about 24 hours.

DD2 just had this recently. Rash lasted 1-2 days. The fever was the worst, and scariest part.

Yup.. Fever then rash. Rash about 2 days. And to the others that mentioned that seeing a rash is a good sign, I totally agree. Just like to add that any rash that is accompanied by a fever is no good. You should see a doctor right away. That's what my Ped told us.
