Cervical Cancer Vaccine
just curious any of you took the shots? what do you know about it?

From what I've read and was told by my physician - the vaccine will be for girls (I think it will be given beginning at age 11 or 12) who haven't been sexually active yet. I'm not sure if there's one for women who are sexually active.

I haven't read up on all of it but from what I know now, if I had a daughter, she'd be having the vaccine.

I have not heard of the shot being available, but I do get the HPV test along with my bi-annual Pap (I am in high risk w/ family history, so I go 2x a year).
