Very disappointed with Zulilly

Last year I ordered a shirt for DD , it came and had holes in seams , around arm area. It was non returnable , plus I didn't even bother calling them or anything, I git it with credit. I just decided I wasn't going to order from them again.
But last week I saw they had girls sneakers and my DD needs a pair, so I ordered her one. Well it came few days ago and they look like they have been worn, like they are not "new" , soles have dirt on them and it has dirt -little spots that looks like mudd or something- all over, looks like someone bought them, wore them and then returned them, not to mention that they are really bad quality shoes. They look and feel cheap ( well they were "cheap" on "sale" but you know what I mean) And they are non returnable . I am so annoyed.
I am def never ordering from them again, ever. I'm done , but wondering if anyone else has ever had issues with them.

I would take photos and contact their customer service. If you don't get a response post it to their Facebook fan page.

Have you called them? I have always had a great experience with their customer service when I have had issues. I have had far more good experiences with them over bad. I am a Zulily addict. Definitely give them a call.

I've ordered from them several times and was only once unhappy with my entire order (booties and tutus). They credited me with no problem. All I had to say was that I was unhappy with the quality. The order I placed came in 2 shipments so I emailed them regarding each shipment and received credits for everything. I think they have really great customer service and would continue to order from them.

I've ordered a few times and only once, actually just last week, was unhappy. I called immediately bc the item sent was 100% not what I ordered. They gave me a refund plus a $10 credit for my trouble.

The customer service there is amazing. Call them. I had a few minor issues with orders being cancelled and I got gift credit for my trouble without even asking.

I have never had a problem like you are describing. I would call them ASAP>

I've ordered from them a few times, but I try to resist now. I am usually very disappointed in most of the stuff I've ordered. Also, I noticed I can find a lot of the same stuff for the same price with faster shipping at amazon.

Zulily has GREAT customer service! I once bought a straw sunhat from them for DD. It was listed in the toddler section- but when it came it was practically adult size. You could see glue where the ribbon was attached and it was fraying. I emailed them right away and they refunded my money and gave me a credit for my trouble!

That's been the only issue I've had and I order often.

I ordered a personalized tutu dress from them last year. I thought one of the letters looked off and I emails them. They gave me a credit for the full price without a blink. I thought their customer service was great.

I don't order very much from them though.

I have ordered with them a few times and only once did i have an issue which wasnt really one. I swear the rug I bought was 2'x3' cause it would fit perfect in DD room. When I got it it was 5'x8' they charged me for the smaller one and now its a play mat for DD to use. I would call customer service

You should call them and they will return your money. Just let them know what happened and they wont even ask for pictures. They have really good customer service.

I dont order a lot but once last year i ordered two bathing suits for my twins and they were supposed to be the same size and came different sizes. It ended up working out better for me but thats another story. Anyway, I got a full refund plus a $10 credit and got to keep the wrong size suit. They were very apologetic.

I remember my cousin telling me about a toy she bought once that was very poor quality. She called and they let her return. She was very happy with the customer service. Even though there is no returns, they do make exceptions for quality issues. I urge you to call...

I am with everybody else. I got one item that was the wrong size and had a black mark on it and I emailed them and they immediately refunded my money and gave me a store credit. I didn't even have to return the item which was nice because I am a bit lazy about returns. This was also months after I received it because I didn't even realize it was the wrong size because I had ordered it big and put it away for later. I think you could contact them about both issues just the way you did here and they would address it. They really do have wonderful customer service. I order fr them often and I would say I am happy with about 90 percent of what I order. It's true though, sometimes you can find a better deal faster through amazon.

I have not called their customer service, I don't even want to be bothered returning the item for $11 to be honest . I was just annoyed that it happened, it's not enough that I had to wait for a month to get these shoes, but they are filthy and such poor quality, and for this to happen 2x ... doesn't make me want to ever order from them again.

Actually I just called them and they are refunding me, they said to just donate the shoes, so that was nice.
