We bought our swingset from Creative Playthings and had a good experience. We didn't compare to Wood Kingdom, so I can't give you insight there. Price is negotiable, so don't think the list price is what you have to pay.

I checked out both places and ultimately bought from Creative Playthings which I now regret. We did not have a great experience. I noticed a crack in a beam (among other things) when they installed the set, before they even left and was told to contact customer service that Monday. That became a nightmare and I had to deal with disgruntled employees due to a manager being fired, no call backs, countless emails - 1 year later the crack is still there and I have no resolution. For this reason I would NOT recommend them. Our set was $3K.
