Stove - gas or electric

Hands down, gas. It gets hot more quickly and you have more control over temperatures (specific BTU's with low to max for that BTU vs. straight forward low to max on electric stove).

I had gas before.....I liked it.....but sometimes I would have trouble with the flame igniting. I am not sure if that's a common issue or not.

I have electric now.

Stove - gas or electric

I love cooking with gas the only plus on an electric stove is the oven part since it more of a consitant temp when baking .
