What would you wear if the invitation said "dress casually". The party is in a KOC hall.

If the person is around your own age, I'd do a cute sweaterdress or jeans (like PP wrote) but, for some older (maybe 50+), I might wear a cocktail dress because I wouldn't want to seem "too casual" for an older crowd, KWIM?

Thanks. Person 60 years old and they are not the dressy type (as is the rest of the family).
Decided on a nice belted shirt, skinny jeans and heeled boots.

Glad I went with what I did as most people wore the same. The bday "boy" had sweats and a tshirt on-lol.
