We use it for Valentine's Day (because I resfuse to go out), Easter and Thanksgiving. Also on our Anniversary and Birthdays if we don't eat out. I have a separate set of Christmas dishes

I think we use it two or three times a year. I will use it more when my children are older.

I use it on thanksgiving, even though i have to use my every day dishes as well, i only have service for 12, and have over 20 people coming.

And I use it on christmas eve, I usually only have 10-12 people so its the right amount

Usually Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas, when we host those holidays! I have 8 settings and a much larger family, but refuse to get more. besides, its 11 years old and I think discontinued. I have it displayed in my China Cabinet (minus the icicle lights).

I wanted my china so badly, I make a point to use it. Every time I host a holiday dinner it comes out.

We use it on Easter and Thanksgiving. On Christmas, we usually have waaaay more people than the other holidays, toys are flying around, general chaos, etc...so we don't take it out then.

i've used it once in the year we have been married, so i guess not too bad, LOL. i always wanted a set and am glad we got it for my bridal shower. I picked a relatively inexpensive set on purpose though

Never. I don't have any. I knew I'd be moving around, so there was no point.

We rarely use it. Special occasions for now, but we should use them more.

we have been married 6 years and never used it. i'm kind of regretting ever registering for it.

you know what else i regret registering for? that damn jack lalanne juicer! when i realized just how expensive 1 glass of juice would be...yeah that thing sat right where it was. Got sold at a yard sale for something like $5-10

I make it a point to use it but I could live without it. We really love our pattern. Sometimes I use it very randomly, like for having friends over for an event that could have been very casual. People always feel good that I broke out the china for them.

never, it sits in my dining room display case for show i guess.. if i could i'd return it all for something else but oh well.

i never registered for fine china. I personally hate it. With my clumbsy husband and kids, plus animals... just didn't want to be bothered storing it and then getting upset if it breaks (which it would because again- clumbsy husband).

I didn't register for any. I'm glad I didn't after seeing the results of this poll. My sister's MIL gave me her china a few years ago and I haven't used that.

Before kids, we used it for Thanksgiving each year. We haven't used it the last three years. (Three years ago, I was in the hospital having DS on the night before Thanksgiving.)
