weird thing happening when I sleep!
Has this happened to anyone else.. When I fall asleep sometimes I tend to put my hands behind my pillow.. I will wake up in the middle of the night and my hands would fall asleep.. Where there is pins and needles .. Im worried Im cutting off circluation.. I don't mean it .. it just happens.. Has that happened to anyone? Maybe its just a freak thing!

weird thing happening when I sleep!
happens to me too when I sleep on my side, which I'm trying to do. I don't know how to avoid it and still sleep on my sides!

Happens to me all the time! I must have poor circulation because my legs fall asleep easily as well!

How is your iron? I have always been anemic and my hands/feet would ALWAYS fall asleep if I slept a certain way, so annoying, my Dr. said low iron can impact your circulation. Once I started taking care of it, it has gotten better and it's not an issue any more.

I used to be slightly anemic but then was taken iron pills and its been better since!!! That may be it.. intersting. Thx!

To me this sounds like pregnancy related carpal tunnel. I had it last time and this time again. If I sleep with my hands in certain positions I wake up with them asleep. I'd mention it to your doctor but I don't think they usually get too worried as long as it quickly goes away when you wake up.

Yes actually started with my DS pregnancy 4 years ago and continued - never went away! Actually towards the end of that pregnancy I had to wear a brace.

weird thing happening when I sleep!
My hands fall asleep more often. Not when I;m actually sleeping but at different times during the time (like sometimes if I'm driving and holding the steering wheel a certain way)
