Spending Money
This does not include gas, bills and savings. Just money you put in your pocket per week for whatever you want to do with.

Re: Spending Money
I definitely spend less than $50 on bull shit purchases. (That's what I call them...ie., nail polish, dark chocolate, magazines).
I'd be surprised if I spent $20 on BS purchases per week.

Usually nothing. But if I were to carry cash it would probably be like $20.

Spending Money
I don't have "spending money" per se. I know what I have in my checking account and if I have enough for my bills, food, and above a certain amount left after that, I know I can spend. If it's below a certain amount, I'll just wait until after payday.
ETA: I almost never have cash on me.

Same here. I honestly can't think of the last thing I spent money on for myself. Kinda sad now that I think about it.

Spending Money
I usually carry around $20 with me. I don't really buy much during the week except my morning coffee and an occasional snack.

Re: Spending Money
I don't carry cash either.
I would say it's around $20.00-$30.00.
I also reload my Starbucks card every week with $10-$15, and this helps with cutting down on my debit.

Re: Spending Money
$20 is a big spending week for me, seriously. I am a SAHM, so I eat my breakfasts and lunches at home by choice-- so much cheaper and healthier. I do my own nails every week. I would say the most I buy each week for myself is maybe 1 or 2 coffees while I'm out and about, that's it. I'm just kind of a simple person

Re: Spending Money
Between $50-$75 sometimes less sometimes more. This includes buying breakfast and lunch during the week. We are trying to cut down on that though. That is just for me. DH spends about another $50 a week.

Re: Spending Money
I'm always the one without cash on me. I take cash from the ATM as needed. I can get by weeks without taking out much. So I voted less than $50.
DH on the other hand, insists on always having $100+ cash on him at all times. Just the way he is. I raid his wallet often when the kids need money for something.

Re: Spending Money
DH and I don't have a specific amount we put aside each week. We usually eat out twice on the weekend with DD but we try to pick affordable places as much as we can and use coupons and online deals when possible. We're both homebodies, we LOVE just being home together relaxing either with DD or at night alone and watch movies and talk therefore we don't spend a lot on entertainment. Occasionally we'll take DD bowling or to the movies or to a fair but that's not all the time. I try to keep eating out and entertainment expenses to a minimum each week.
ETA - We NEVER carry actual cash on us, we debit everything.

Re: Spending Money
I selected less the $50 cause I usually have like $40 on me for the week. But if I run out I will debit as needed. The only thing I usually buy out is coffee and the occasional lunch.

Spending Money
Not sure. I always take out $50, but that goes to gas for my car and things like if I pick up a prescription, or last weekend we went apple picking, etc. I don't get my nails done, only get a haircut once or twice a year and rarely buy myself new stuff.
