Which SUV is Large enough to accommodate 3 car seats?
I'm hoping to not have to go the minivan route. I would like to fit 3 across. If not, need an easy to access third row to put he oldest child

My friend has a Range Rover and we recently placed my DS' Britax Marathon seat in there along with her DD's Britax Marathon and DS's Britax Blvd.
They all fit - which she was relived about because they are planning for number 3 this fall and she doesn't want to give up her truck to get one with a 3rd row.

Buick Enclave. 3 fit across a 2nd row bench seat. Although most Enclaves are 7 passenger with the captains chairs in the middle. Makes it super easy to use 3rd row.

i have a 2011 ford explorer - and i fit 3 convertibles across - the diono radian is really narrow and rated very well for safety - we fit 2 radiens and a britax boulevard in our 3 rd row - all rear facing - because my older son wanted to go backwards again

I think most suv will fit three carseats, it's the car seat itself that may be the issue. You may have to change seats, but I would think any truck should fit three across. My Pilot fits three.

I have an Acadia and have 2 convertibles and and infant carrier across the 2nd row.

When my in laws were visiting I was able to fit 3 convertible carseats in my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The middle carseat just needed to be a bit narrower than the others.

you need to keep in mind which kind of car seats your putting in there as they are some that a way bigger and smaller.
and for what its worth, you need to think of mini-van as a solution considering your requirements. Its better on gas then SUV's while providing the space that you need.
I for one and being a daddy is very against it but if i had two kids, plus dog plush a large vehicle to do home depot and such, i would very much consider it.
Had it not been dubbed "mini-van", i think more people would buy it.

i a gree about the mini-van. way more space and everyone can spread out. whileit not be as "Cool" as an SUV, if fits more needs.
However, if your looking for a SUV, the Pilot for sure will fit three across
