Has anyone done prenatal yoga? I'm thinking about doing a class once or twice a week. How was your experience? Is it worth it?

I bought a Groupon for classes but haven't gone yet (waiting until I'm further along). In the mean time; I use a Prenatal Yoga DVD at home. I also started doing some of the videos on YouTube. They really help with flexibiliy; stretching; getting out kinks. And it forces me to do my Kegels (they have a section of just doing Kegels!) and my squats to open my pelvis.
I suggest trying a Youtube video to see if you like it. A nice sample of what a class might offer.

Re: prenatal yoga
I've been looking into this, but haven't gotten around to taking a class. If you go, you'll have to let me know how it is.

I took classes at kashmir hands in franklin square and really enjoyed it, it really helps with keeping your body flexible.
I also used a dvd and thought it was pretty good: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001VC995S/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00

Re: prenatal yoga
I did it with my first pregnancy. I keep saying I am going to go back but I haven't yet. I had a good experience with it the first time, I found it relaxing and I had a pretty good birth experience (not sure if they were related).
