low tsh?
my thyroid was removed 6 years ago, i just take synthroid and i get my blood work done every 4 weeks.

I have had low TSH in my 1st pregnancy and now with my second. They put my on synthroid both times and take blood levels to check it when I go to my appts.

low TSH? that means your thyroid is overactive or hyper.
are you sure your TSH isnt elevated which is common in pregnancy? if that is the case, synthroid once a day will solve the problem and it usually doesnt persist after pregnancy if your levels were normal before pregnancy.
