Do yiu guys leave it funning all day and all night? Is it more $$$I to keep turning it off and on.

It's designed to be left on. We have the thermostat programmed so that the house is warmer during the day while we're at work and cooler when we're home.

We also program ours to adjust up and down during the day and night. DW is home all day, and DC are home all day during the summer, so we have to keep it running all the time.
If you're out of the house for quite a few hours every day, it would make sense to turn it off as you leave, then program it to turn on about an hour before you get home.
