Rachael Ray turned heads at the 39th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards last weekend in a sexy Marc Bouwer dress. Turns out, Kim Kardashian wore the same black frock last year on the “Late Show with David Letterman.” The only difference? The celeb chef paired the curve-hugging dress with some chic sandals and a clutch. Who do you think wore the dress best?...

Not a fan of Kim at ALL- but she looks much better in that dress than Rachel Ray.
Not to mention Rachel looks overall trollish or something here and that hair style...oof!
Oh and also - when the boobies are fake you still get clevage- even without a bra.
They just defy gravity!
So that looks better too!
