Exposed to Coxsackie.....should I be worried?

DD has coxsackie, I suspected it over the weekend, but was completely sure until this morning.

She is no longer contagious, but of course I was with her all weekend.

Does this warrant a call to my Dr? Or is there really nothing I can do at this point anyway?

DS 1 had it when I was newly pregnant with DS 2 and I called my OB - they told me not to worry about it.

You should call your ob. The closer you are to due date the more concerned they are. I was exposed at 37 weeks and they told me they like the note the chart because it can cause problems.

Thank ladies, I'm 16 weeks and called to be sure. They said just to make sure I wash my hands often.

DS had coxsackie 3 weeks ago when iw as 25 weeks...my dr wasnt concerned and everything was fine, just try not to kiss on the lips and and wash your hands often. They actually are contagious for awhile.

Both my twins had it a few weeks ago when I was about 29 weeks. My OB and their Ped told me there was nothing to worry about.
