Re: lets talk healthy eating!!!
Breakfast: egg, low fat cheese and ham on whole wheat toaster bagel.
Lunch: lean cuisine or han and cheese sandwich. (ham is heated and from a busy deli where they are always opening a new one)
Dinner: Lean cuisine
My meals are pretty boring, huh?
Snacks are fruit. I can't get enough oranges or watermelon. Sometimes I snack on cereal with banana or some cheese.
I'm normally not very hungry. When I was I'd eat veggies with dip or cheese and crackers. (or chips )

Haha, I was just coming on here to ask the same thing! I don't know if my list is healthy, but I will write what I had yesterday:
Breakfast: OJ, Bagel with Cream Cheese
Snack: Banana
Snack #2: Odwalla Chewy Nut Bar
Lunch: Salad with shredded mozzarella on top (I ate the bread that comes with it too...)
Dinner: Quinoa and frozen Trader Joe's Grilled Eggplant and Zucchini Melange
Nightime Snack: Popcorn (TMI: The fiber in the popcorn worked like magic!)
I also have been eating up every fruit in sight! I am going too heavy on the carbs and not enough protein or green veggies (I am a vegetarian). I am just not in the mood for veggies, just fruit.

lets talk healthy eating!!!
It's taken some time to adjust to needing to eat more, but I'm finally starting to feel like a normal person again, here's my typical foods: Bfast: natural peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat, I find its the only thing I can stomach on the train. Lunch: a salad or leftovers from dinner the night before Dinner: soup, veggie burgers with sides of veggies and a grain of some sort (cous cous, quinoa, brown rice) Snacks: hummus and veggies, non fat plain yogurt with fresh berries, other whole fruits and the occassional snack bag of cheesy check mix, which strangely enough settles my stomach when I feel like I'm gonna hurl :)

Re: lets talk healthy eating!!!
For breakfast I usually have shredded wheat cereal with milk and a banana. Lunch: a lean cuisine. I've been craving taco bell so yesterday I made my own quesadillas with low carb tortillas and RF cheese. I also like sweet potatos b/c they are filling. Dinner varies....I've been bad with dinner though- we've been eating out alot.
For snacks I love watermelon, cheese sticks, pretzels, strawberries and protein shakes.

Quick question-we have chicken salad? I don't know why I thought it was off limits!! I guess I thought if it were sitting in the display too long it would be a problem? I will get that for lunch tomorrow!!

For the lean cuisine or frozen meal eaters, those things are super high in sodium and are actually not healthy at all... Especially for the ladies worrying about swelling...

Re: lets talk healthy eating!!!
Fruit for breakfast.
Lunch is usually a salad or every now and then I'll treat myself to some pizza or non-raw fish sushi.
For dinner DH and I try to cook when we get home from work we'll either grill or I'll make pasta with veggies or simple things like taco night... we are guilty of getting Thai food quite often though.
