Sneezing and.....??? (TMI Alert)
So this morning I sneezed and felt a small gush of liquid come out. It really scared me so I ran to the bathroom and saw my underwear was pretty wet. I smelled it (sorry TMI) and could not detect any odor - it didn't smell at all like pee but I drink a ton of water so my urine is always diluted. This was around 8:00 am. I haven't had anythind since... Is it possible I just peed and couldn't tell that's what it was? I just worry about water breaking, though I'm sure there'd be more by now? I'm 29+4. TIA and sorry for the TMI!

i'd say it was probably either pee or discharge.
it happens to me sometimes too, unfortunately. ah, the joys of pregnancy.

Ive heard of this happening and it sounds like it was pee.
I heard doing Kegel exercises prevents that. Not sure how true that is.

Does it feel like you're peeing?? Or do you just notice a ton of fluid down there after a big sneeze?

Does it feel like you're peeing?? Or do you just notice a ton of fluid down there after a big sneeze?
when it's pee, it does feel like peeing (just a few drops in my case)
when it's discharge, it feels like *something* just came out but it's not the same as pee.

This didn't feel at all like I was peeing... I'm guessing it was just very watery discharge. Strange bc this hasn't happened once in my entire pregnancy thus far.

I pee when I sneeze, too, but if you're sure it wasn't pee then I would maybe call the dr. During each appt my dr always asks if I have any watery discharge.

I'm sure you peed. Unfortunately this happens to me alot- and also happened in my first pregnancy. I can't sneeze without crossing my legs.
The worse was the other day at work I had to run something down the hall. Now I was nowhere near running- just picked up the waddling pace a bit. Well water started streaming down my legs. I freaked thinking my water broke but nope- just pee. I felt NOTHING- no release at all, it just came out. Thank god I was wearing a dress. So not fun and now I have to remember to wear pads everyday.
Kegels def help, I see a difference if I do them consistently.

Pee- happened to me my entire pregnancy. I wore liners the entire pregnancy.
