Re: Belly ring?
I took mine out. Best decision ever. Your belly button stretches so much and gets so sensitive that Im happy I took it out.

Re: Belly ring?
Both times I took it out around 16 weeks. The hole stayed perfectly fine, I had it back in 2 weeks PP, I felt so naked without it lol. My belly button area was so itchy when I took it out too.

Re: Belly ring?
I took mine out when I was 16wks.. Although didn't carry past 17wk3d but my hole looks very tiny. Now that I won't be carrying I considered getting it pierced again, but I'm afraid of not getting lucky twice and maybe it won't heal as well the next time.....
I'd say take it out sooner rather than later if you're worried.

Re: Belly ring?
There's really no reason not to take it out. Honestly a belly ring on a pregnant belly that is "out there" will not look good LOL. I took mine out early on and just out it back in yesterday at 4 weeks post partum and it went in no problem!

No one is seeing it but DH and myself!
Anyway I took mine out for 4-5 weeks when I had lap surgery last year and cold not get it back in. Almost went to have it repierced but ended up forcing it through myself which was not a good decision bc it bled and was nasty for awhile. I really like it though and would like to just keep it in and not deal with re-piercing...however I am not 100% sold on keeping it in either am worried about the hole stretching.
