Repeat Ultrasound today..UPDATED!!!!!
I go back to the doc today for my repeat ultrasound at 4:30.
At my first appointment we only saw a sac but since I don't know how far along I am (had a MC back at the end of April/beginning of May and never got AF) they didn't say it was a bad thing...yet.
My last Beta (thursday) was 6321 so I'm praying that I see a little bean today.
 
UPDATE:
Had my sono and saw our little sprout and heard the HB! Couldn't be happier! Measuring 6w1d so the official EDD is 2/10

Good luck! The same thing happened to me at the beginning of my pregnancy and it was the most nerve wracking experience.  If your numbers were that high though there's a very good chance you'll see more than the sac today.
