I have them, but not as a meal, only as a snack. They would never satisfy me as a meal!

I would think it would be more of a snack by itself. If you had it with fruit and cheese or something like that it could pass for lunch.

Sometimes I use it to replace breakfast. But not any other meal.

This for me too, except i prefer Luna bars to the cliff bars. I still try to include a piece of fruit as well though

thanks ladies! they really fill me and are very balanced. I had a piece of cheese too so i was totally satisfied. I don't do it everyday but a few times a week.
