5.5 weeks and spotting- Update 2
Trying not to freak out but I've been spotting all day. It's not been heavy at all. It's mostly just (sorry TMI) when I go to the bathroom. I have a pad on but there's basically nothing in it. It's basically reddish pink. Not bright, bright red, but certainly not brown.
I already have an appt scheduled for Tues, but wondering if I should try to go tomorrow?
*Update- I woke up this morning with heavier bleeding so I'm off to the dr in a few hours. It's not looking good, but I guess you never know. Keeping my fingers crossed, but not too hopeful.
*Update 2- Looks like it was a chemical. Dr did two tests and both were negative. Then she did an ultrasound and there was nothing there. I'm pretty disappointed, but I know that these things happen and life goes on. We'll be trying again as soon as my cycle is back to normal. Happy and healthy 9 months to everyone here! Hope to be back soon!

I would call my dr and tell him, Maybe you can get an apt tomorrow. Good Luck!!

Ugh, you are in good company I had some spotting last night, mostly brown tinted pink (sorta mucousy) TMI, and same only when I wiped. I have an appointment tomorrow. I almost called the doctor last night, but I don't even know how far along I am so there is probably little he could do right now, but still scary. I didn't have any spotting with my first. I'd call the doctor tomorrow am if it gets worse, but if not Tuesday is close!!
Hoping it was just a fluke for both of us! a

I would call you dr. but, spotting can be normal during pregnancy.

I'm sorry you are going through this too. I feel the same way, that I don't think there's anything they can do, so I don't want to panic. I never had spotting with my first either. Hoping things turn out fine for both of us!
