Anyone else STARVING in the morning?
I am almost 11 weeks, and I wake up every morning starving. I eat something small at home and usually have a second breakfast when I get to work. Sometimes even a snack of fruit at 11 am.
Did anyone else experience this?
I haven't gained any weight and I am eating a healthy diet, so I don't think its related to not getting enough fiber,protein,etc.

Yep, you're growing a baby!!!!!!
I'm 28 weeks and I wake up starivng... I sometimes even wake up in the middle of the night very hungry... So I'll have a large glass of 1% milk. But when I get up I have breakfast - each day I have three meals and three snacks. I am hungry often.

Yep, get used to it!! I used to be able to get up at 6am not eat anything till I got to work at 8:30, but now I am eating breakfast #1 by 6:45 and #2 by 10:30...

i wasnt hungry at all in the beginning.. now i am .. if i dont eat before a certain time in the morning i start to feel sick

I've always been hungry in the morning, even before I was pregnant.
However, I find I HAVE to have 2 breakfasts! I can't make it lunch without having something else midmorning.

Some days I have normal appetite and others Im constantly hungry! I keep lots of fresh fruits and veggies available, make salads and such to keep me satisfied and energy up throughout the day. Your baby is growing and increased appetite is expected.

So hungry in the morning. In the beginning I would even wake up around 3:30 am hungry and go get a yogurt or something

i eat the same exact way! I havent gained a lot during my pregnancy...

Between 8 and 12 weeks I ate a disgusting amount of food from the moment I woke up til I went to bed. It has slowed down a bit now at almost 15 weeks.

I am STARVING every few hours! Ugh I am going to put on weight like no one's business like this. I need to start snaking much more healthy in between meals so I don't weight a ton by the end of this pregnancy.
