Gestational Diabetes
At what stage in pregnancy do they check for Gestational Diabetes? I'm now 18w 3d and haven't had to go yet - is that ok?

My dr. said he'll give me the script for the test at my next appt. I'll be 24 weeks then.
ETA: idk when he'll have me actually go to the lab, I just know we'll be going over that at my next appt.

I had mine 8 weeks and just did the 3 hr at 13 weeks. I am at a higher risk for it though. Most people do it later

typically 26-28 weeks. I also had mine done at 28 weeks, did the3 hour at 29 weeks, diagnosed at 30 weeks. If i am blessed enough to do this again, I will begin getting checked at 12-14weeks, due to prior history.

Normally around 26 weeks. They did mine at 14 weeks because of twins and family history, but I don't need to repeat until 26 weeks.

I did mine at 24 weeks but that was because I was due for a blood work with my endocrinologist. But i think its between 26-28 weeks

My ob said 24-28wks. My next prenatal is scheduled for 23.6 weeks and she said thats too early, she will wait for my next one when ill be 27.6
