So much pressure
I am 25 weeks and feel so much pressure on my pubic bone area. Anyone else? I just dont remember this with baby #1.

I asked at my 20 w appointment this week because the pain has been pretty intolerable and kinda scary at times! My OB said it's a second pregnancy thing.

I have been having some pressure but soooo much pain in my groin/pubic bone area, is that what you have? sometimes it feels like someone is ripping apart my pubic bone, they keep telling me it's nothing to worry about, it's just the joints & ligaments relaxing and everything stretching, but who knows. I 'm also on progesterone shots and I read this can be one of the side effects of it, but when I asked the dr he said no...
The pain is so bad that I have a hard time walking and am in a lot of pain all the time (when standing and walking)
I was told to sleep with a pillow between my legs, lay on the left side, take Tylenol every 4hrs but not doing that unless pain gets really anbearable and I have stuff to do, don't care how safe they say it is, not taking a pain killer for the rest of my pregnancy, I'm not even 25 w yet .
I have been so miserable this past few weeks, never had any of this with my DD

It has to be a second baby thing. With my second I thought he was just going to fall out of me, I was in pain for the last 8 weeks.

Yea! I don't remember this last time. Sometimes it feels like she is about to come out of my lady parts. It's so weird!

I had the same thing around 25 weeks or so too (this is my 2nd pregnancy also) It has gotten better ~ I am 32 weeeks now

i had the same problem..bought a band from the maternity store that helps with the pressure and lower back pain..it was a definate lifesaver.

I'm only 17 weeks and I just said this to my sister yesterday. I told her I thought this baby stuck it's foot out of my cervix! It's worse on the left side and after I've been sitting too long.

first here, adn had it from about 20 weeks on. i literally sat at work adn cried it was so bad at one poiunt. Nurse told me it was stretching pains. i was told to try to take a tylenol and ice. did subside for a while and is now returning pretty consistently but not as bad at 32 weeks.
