Prenatal yoga?
What week are you allowed to start? Is it just after your first trimester?

Re: Prenatal yoga?
thats when I started but I was told no exercise for the 1st tri for different reasons... I think many girls are active all throughout their pregnancy. So mostly, it's what your doctor says.

this for me too. if you're not having any issues that make your dr tell you not to work out, then you should be able to continue being active.

Re: Prenatal yoga?
I thought you could start in the first trimester granted you were already active and there were no concerns.
I have a parental yoga DVD that i've used maybe three times already but haven't in about a week.
Maybe I'll just hold off on it until after my8 week appointment next week.

Re: Prenatal yoga?
You can start whenever you want (assuming you're ok to exercise). I started with DD at 18 weeks and continued until the week before she was born.
