Anyone else get lower back pain
I've been getting the past few weeks mildly on and off, around my tail bone.

I do pretty consistently--- sometimes sitting on the birthing ball helps. In the beginning, the body pillow helped a lot but after awhile it stopped making a difference.

I do sometimes. It was really bad during my first trimester and then I started sleeping with a pillow between my knees and it helped. But now at 20 weeks I'm starting to wake up with it again.

yes i get bad sciatica and it shoots into my butt, the backs of my legs, and down into my feet. the occassional heating pad helps alot as well as sleeping with a pillow between my legs. its subsided alot since the dr made those recommendations.

Yes, I have had back problems with my first this time around it feels like it got worse. Heating pads help.
