Ok, seriously:
 Definite
90-95%
It's only 14 weeks, but they were pretty sure. I have to go back next week since my cervix got a bit shorter than last week. It's still within normal range, but they just want to monitor me. They said they can tell 100% at 16 weeks.

What OB or mfm/Peri do you use?
I'm 17+ weeks w/twins and my OB group practically refuses to check my cervix!

Kofinas. They check every appointment. I thought I was done with internals, but nope.

He can't be the only perinatal Dr. who checks. I don't understand why they wouldn't check it. Its one of the risks with twin pregnancies.

I'm not at a Peri (yet)....I'm at a supposedly high risk OB practice that supposedly specializes in twins. I feel like I am my own dr doing all of the research & begging them to take my concerns seriously & measure my cervix, etc.
Been researching a switch.

Have you tried Madonna Perinatal? I heard great things about them and I believe they have a few offices. Maybe give them a call and see what their protocol is with twins. I too saw kofinas with my twins and am seeing him with this pregnancy too and had my cervix checked every 2 weeks. your OB should definitely be checking your cervix with a twin pregnancy utnil your at least 23 or so weeks. If there are no cervix issues, they usually stop unless you complain about pain or cramping. Then they'll check again. Also, you can check with your insurance company to see what periantologists take your plan and look up some reviews.
