Sleeping/Snoogle Question

I'm 24 weeks and already having trouble sleeping! My lower back and hips kill me through the night. I have the boppy cuddle pillow but it doesnt help and I just end up wrestling with it all night! I have tried a small pillow under my belly and one behind my back. Nothing is helping!

I finally gave in and ordered a Snoogle. Does this pillow really help?? And do you still use a pillow under your head when you sleep with it? I love sleeping with my 2 pillows under my head so I'm concerned I won't be comfy without them!

I ended up returning my Snoogle. I wasnt a fan... I cant find relief at all... Ive just been dealing with the pain =( I dont know what else to do.

I love my Snoogle and could never survived sleeping during my first nor this pregnancy. I still use a regular pillow under my Snoogle. Its great in supporting your back and just lets you snuggle up and get somewhat comfortable. I mean lets get real, the pillow is not a miracle pillow, its not going to relieve your pain or discomfort all together but it does help!

Just got my snoogle a couple nights ago and I have never been so in love in my life. I also use an additional pillow under my head and its fine, I switch sides constantly throughout my sleep and it supports the belly and back better than anything else I tried. I had horrible heartburn the other night and even rolled it up like one of the pictures shows and slept a little sitting up and the heartburn subsided. There are multiple positions you can put it in.

May sound weird but I sleep better with nothing! If anything just the boppy wedge worked wonders in 2nd tri I have the snoops and only used it a handful of times. I think I just dont sleep as well when I'm restricted in bed

I personally love my snoogle. I roll up the bottom part and put it in between my legs and use the top as my pillow. I do shove another pillow under my belly but I have to admit that I sleep like a baby. (I'm only 20 weeks)

hated it. Ended up just using my comforter bunched up wherever I needed it.

IDK if the snoogle works. I am 29 weeks and have been using a king size Bob O Pedic pillow we bought when we got our Bob O Pedic bed. The pillows were so uncomfy to sleep on so I was just using them for decoration until I got prego.

Those who love it - please share which end you put under your head and is it actually under your head or do you put it lower under your back so it's not under your bed pillow?
That's the problem I have...can't get comfortable under my head/neck with it and i wake up with THE worst back pain.

I've been comfortable this pregnancy with just 2 pillows and then one in between my legs (when laying on side)...if I end up on my back I try to put that pillow under my knees/legs.

i have the snoogle and have been using it since about 9-10weeks. the long part i put between my legs and the smaller part i put in front of me so i can't roll onto my stomach. sometimes i stuff a bit of it under my stomach for support. i use a pillow under my head.

it hasn't helped me one bit with the back & hip pain that i've been feeling the past few weeks.

I have the snoogle mini b/c I'm pretty short (5'3) but I'm wondering if I would like the regular size one better since the mini just felt awkward when I tried sleeping with it. I guess I need to try again since I didn't really like using it under my head as a pillow the one time I used it and that's what turned me off, I felt sore when I woke up!

I have a full snoogle - I like it but my biggest issue is my head and neck are not comfy on it. I miss my regular pillow but feel there is no room for both. So I ordered the mini to try that out too.
