Once you are 3cm dilated....????

Went for my first internal last night and at 36 weeks and 1 day, I am 3 cm dilated, 70% effaced, and -3. I was a week late and induced with DS. I feel like I am going to have this baby any minute and I am so not ready. When do you girls think I will go into labor????????? Tell me your story!

I was 3cm at 37 weeks with DS and I had him at 38 weeks

I was 3 cm and 70% effaced on a Friday, rested all weekend because I didn't want to go into labor and had the baby the following Thursday

I went to the dr on Fri and was 3 cm and 50%. Still nothing but Braxton Hicks Only 4 days till my due date and I am so anxious to have her. I have been so uncomfortable and have not been able to sleep (not that I will be doing much of that after she arrives). Best of luck to you

I was 3 cm after having contractions for 12 hours, so I'm not the one to ask... but one of my friends walked around at 3cm for weeks and had to be induced!

I was 3 cm and 75% at my last internal at 39 w. I went into labor at 39 + 5 and DD was born just after midnight at 39+6 (one day early). Good luck to you! It definitely sounds like your baby is going to be early!!
