Anyone get cramps in their uterus when they get upset?

I've been crampy from BFP. On and off, nothing major. The Dr said its normal and the uterus is stretching and my cervix is fine so all is ok. They have definitely lessened over time.

I still get them if I tense up though. Like if someone cuts me off and I tense up or if someone does something to upset me. Like if DH or my mom hurt my feelings really bad. (It's not just stupid stuff- there have been a few things lately that REALLY upset me).

I get told to not let it bother me but I feel how I feel and if things really upset me, I get upset and crampy and it lasts pretty much the whole day. Is this normal or it it hurting the babies?

I get those!!! OB said you can get BH contractions when you get tense or upset - I work in property management so whenever a tenant stresses me out a lot I get that feeling. It was actually worse during the very early part of my pregnancy when I was still pretty crampy. Now that I'm 23.3 I don't get them as much or as strong when I'm upset.

Yes I feel it in my belly when I get VERY upset from either getting annoyed/angry/frustrated or VERY emotional and cry heavily...

I first off tell myself to calm down I dont want to hurt the baby... I take VERY deep slow breaths until I calm down... I meditate... I put my feet up and lay down asap... And whateva is bothering me I let it go...

BH at just 12 weeks though? They are the same as I've had from the beginning. It's like my abs and everything tense up. Normal annoyances don't bother me.

These are all things that REALLY bother me. Like if DH NEEDS to do something that only he can do it because I can't being pregnant. Yet he complains about doing it like he isn't going to. He knows I can't and shouldn't be giving me lip about it, but does anyway and it really upsets me because it makes me feel like a POS that I'm not able to do it since I'm pregnant. Like I'm a burdeon. There is no calming down from it until he shuts up and stops complaining about it. Yet, he keeps harping that its such a pain for him to have to do it even when I tell him it's upsetting me and harming the babies. I'm sure slapping him would ease my tention, but he'd be really bruised if I kept doing that everytime he pulled this crap.
