I am 36 weeks, have a cold and cannot bteathe. I've been reading that it is safe. I don't want to rub it on my chest I justwant to sniff it. What do you think?

You can sniff it. My dr said it was fine I was stuffy throughout my entire two pregnancies and did this with both.
