my doctor said yes, but i have read mixed things online. I ended up eating them, because I don't have them often- so I figured once or twice wouldn't be bad.

DH is going to make them tonight, and I am sooo looking forward to them, just wanted to make sure they were okay before he went to buy them!

Fine. With seafood you just have to be worried about the mercury levels. And if they are low on the list and are cooked you are fine.
