One day behind is nothing. The measurements can be off by +/- 3 or 4 days so I'd take that 1 day behind measurement with a grain of salt. FWIW, DS measured 1 week behind at my first appointment. I had a feeling I O'd late so I wasn't too surprised. My doctor changed my EDD, but he seemed to catch up after that.

Dates can fluctuate, so don't worry about that, I was behind initially and the last appointment I measured ahead 2 days! Glad you had a good 1st appointment, enjoy going back in 2 weeks it's amazing the amount of growth that happens in such a short amount of time!!
