Why is it called a jogging stroller..
if you can't jog with it? It's so misleading. I feel like it's from that Mike Meyers SNL skit, a peanut is neither a pea nor a nut, discuss.

I was told that it's really not made for jogging, I'm talking about the city mini, I don't know about other "jogging" strollers.

Baby Jogger is a brand, city mini is the type of stroller. It's definitely not safe for jogging. Baby Jogger has other strollers that are for jogging.

Oh, yeah, the citi mini is just the baby jogger brand's "lightweight" stroller. Baby jogger is a brand.
There are plenty of jogging strollers out there that are made for jogging!
Kinda silly to name your company "jogger" if not all your products are for jogging... but I imagine they just expanded their reach.
DD hated being in the citi mini when I tried it with her in the store. It leans her back and she likes to be as upright as possible. I just got the brand new britax b ready 2012 version and it has four incline options, including very upright. My Peg Perego also sits upright.
I don't jog so it's not an issue for me.
