I am following Weight Watchers. I stick to the plan religiously. Sometimes I do dip into my extra 49 points for the week, but I have never gone over.
I try to drink a lot more water and green tea. I am starting to jog and bike as well.
The next step for me, I guess would be a personal trainer. I need help with the weight machines. I need a routine to follow. I am following Couch to 5K and need some direction for the weights.
I have lost 25 lbs already and I feel great! Though I have a loooong way to go, I am super motivated.
thats great you lost so much good for you!! I cant wait to start seeing the pounds come off! Right now i have a hurt foot but i plan on joining Lucille Roberts next week and WW at the end of this week! I cant wait

Good luck with your foot! I just had a foot injury that stopped my workouts for a few weeks but I'm back in the gym and very exited about it. I hope to get to the point where I can go every day and not be sore.

I would like to be in this!
I joined WW in Jan and lost 11.3 lbs since.
Love WW, but this week I have been slacking majorly and up 0.6 (not bad, but still). I know I can do better. I need to exercise!
I have lost 45 lbs in total since having my DD in September and would LOVE to lose 10 more this month!!!!!

Sound great! Keep up the good work. I want to do Couch to 5K. I have tried in the past, but always stop around week 2. I need motivation!

I'm in. DS will be 8 months old next week and I'm still carrying a lot of baby weight. I've been doing ww online but not as diligently as I should be.

last night I could feel my stomach felt tighter
so I weighted myself today- and I am down .6
I feel so much better since yesterday I was the same as last week
140.8
I would like to be 139 by tuesday

I am down another 2 lbs I can say I am back to my pre DS2 pregnancy weight. Just 15 more lbs and I will be at pre DS1 weight!

Stayed the same. We had a b-day party over the weekend & then pizza on Sunday since we were out all day & starving. I"ll make better choices this week.

I'm putting myself down for no loss this week because I got a new, more accurate scale and realized my old one was off, so I'm not sure of my actual weight loss.
However I am liking what I see in the mirror so I'm not at all discouraged
