What do you think?
I am 34 weeks today. On Thursday I was plagued with the stomach virus. Vomiting, not keeping anything down, food or drink. Yesterday I felt better stomach wise, but just very exhausted. I ate a little and drank plenty. Today I feel good, just again very little energy and when I'm up my stomach feels tight. Also, my arms feel half asleep... Baby is moving around and everything. I'm trying to get a lot of fluids in because maybe I'm a little dehydrated. We are taking DD to see Elmo live in the city today so I can't stayin bed another day.
What do you thinkit could be?

Re: What do you think?
Are you in any pain or discomfort? Does the tightness in your stomach last for a long period of time or does it go away?

I feel like as long as I'm standing it feels tight. No pain, just a uncomfortable because its tight. I have to keep taking deep breaths.

Re: What do you think?
I was induced with both my kids so I can't give any experience on the starting of true contractions. But with ds I had something similar and I was dehydrated. I could not stand the taste of Gatorade when pregnant so I drank Pedialyte. It is not the best tasting stuff but I was able to tolerate it better then Gatorade. It helped re-hydrate me and the tummy tightening slowed to a couple times an hour. This was about 36 weeks. Dehydration can affect your blood pressure so that could be why your arms feel sleepy.

Re: What do you think?
When I've gotten stomach bugs not pregnant I've felt like that for a few days after. You don't realize how many muscles you use in your back and stomach from puking... ugh. You also still mgiht be a little dehydrated even if you think you drank plenty.... it might take a few days to get back in balance.
