Strange pain... what do you think it could be?

I have been having this uncomfortable pain in my you know what for the last few hours. It comes on very sudden and only lasts a second put it's very sharp. I am 27 weeks, what do you think this could be? I am going to the doctor tomorrow for my monthly appt so I will definitely bring it up then but Im curious if anyone else has experienced this and if I should be concerned.

well this is my first so i really am not sure but it sounds like what i have read is called "lightning c r otch" its the baby pressing down on your cervix. its exactly how you explained it that everyone else does.

I had pain in the groin area early in my pregnacy. It was from my hip also. I was on my feet for 8 straight hours without a break at work. I know standing for a long time can do that. See what the doctors say.
