another cold cuts question
I was wondering, if i made a turkey sandwich but heated it until steaming hot before putting it back into the fridge (then ate it when its cold)... is this still a no - no? or do you pretty much have to eat it right after you heat it up?

From what I read it seems like you have to eat them when reheated until steaming hot.

Re: another cold cuts question
i would thiink you have to reheat it since they recommend reheating leftovers too until steaming hot.
I have eaten unheated coldcuts many times though but it's all about what you're comfortable with. I didn't have any coldcuts in the first trimester

Yea, this is what I think too. I also eat cold cuts on a weekly basis but you have to do what feels comfortable for you. I also avoided them in my first tri but once I hit the 2nd tri I let myself go crazy a bit.
