Introducing myself (a bit hesitantly)
Hi ladies! I just got my BFP yesterday, so I guess I can join you! But I'm still in shock and feeling nervous that it's just too good to be true. I have an appt. with my dr. for a week from now, and I can't wait so that I can get some more information! Meanwhile, I feel like I don't know what to do with myself! I just want to plant myself on the couch and not move around too much so as not to disrupt anything going on in my uterus, but I know that would be crazy! Especially since I'm usually pretty active, but I don't know what I can do and what I shouldn't do, KWIM?
And it's soooo hard not to say anything to family and friends!!!
How did you all spend your first few weeks/first trimester?

Re: Introducing myself (a bit hesitantly)
Welcome, yay!! I got my BFP earlier this month and FINALLY go to the DR this Thursday. I am 7w1d. It has been one loooooong month.
I went about my usual routine activity-wise...got up to run with the dog every morning. Which was nice b/c I felt so tired by the of the day at least I knew I got some activity in.
I also picked up a few pregnancy books to read up on what's going on in there...it's pretty incredible!!

I have a couple pregnancy books that I bought back when we first started ttc (I was a bit over-eager, I know ) and I can't wait to read them! I love the online pregnancy trackers too! I was showing DH how they show you pictures of how the baby progresses each week and he got really excited.
