Am I Close?
I just got back from the dr and had an internal. She said I am now 3 cm dilated and 60-70 % effaced. She said it could be any day. I went to the bathroom a little while ago and I lost my mucus plug. Does this mean I'm going into labor soon? I would really like to hold off until next week when the Katz building opens at LIJ

its hard to really tell. I was 3 cm at 37 weeks and still ended up going 6 days past my due date.

This is so discouraging to read! Hahaha But really goes to show you that you could have no progress and go into labor or have nice dilation and still have to wait.

I lost my plug last PG 2-3 weeks before my induction (would have lasted longer without being induced).

Just to give you an idea, I was .5 a centimeter at my internal the day before I delivered DS. So, it could be anytime for you. I doubt you'll make it to next week though.
