26 weeks and havent taken any...
classes, tours or education besides reading my book. How important are breathing and stretching classes? Id rather not spend the money being that i need to save every penny. Anyone know of any good free online resources? TIA

I suggest checking to see if your library has this dvd set LAUGH & LEARN or reading up and watching videos from the sight.
I found it really helpful. DH enjoyed it too.

I agree! I still took a Bradley Class because I was trying for a drug-free birth, but if I hadn't been, I think that the L&L DVDs would have been enough. They were very helpful!

I didn't take any classes with my first pregnancy and don't plan on taking any classes with this pregnancy either. I did read books.

My Bradley teacher recommended not to start classes until 28-30 weeks so it isn't too late!

I agree with the above- just get the DVDs and if you still want more info then you can take a class.
Def take the tour though- it's nice knowing where you need to go.

I agree. You can watch them at your own pace and really absorb what she is saying. I would definitely do the hospital tour so things go smoothly the day of.

I only took a bf class and I took it at 34 weeks. I wouldn't stress...the nurses tell you everything you need to know.

I didn't take any classes with my 1st. When i was in labor, the nurse told me they are pointless.
you'll be fine. Save your money!
