Braxton Hicks
How long does one usually last? And can you get just one? I felt something different in the supermarket last night after walking around for awhile. It was definitely a tightening of the muscles and my whole belly got super hard but it only last about 20-30 seconds and it only happened once. Was it a braxton hicks or something else?

Yes I started them the same time as you, if they are very close together, sit down and relax alittle. Have some water also, that's what my ob told me.

Probably. The tightening is usually a sign. I don't remember how long is lasted, but I would get that tightening feeling and the dr said it was Braxton Hicks.
