1st time home buyer tax credit?
My dad saw something on news 12 about the NYS deadline for this was extended - but I didn't see anything for it on their website.
Does anyone know anything about this. I think it is something in addition to the STAR program.

are you talking about the 1st time home buyer's additional tax relief that you can get along with the star?

are you talking about the 1st time home buyer's additional tax relief that you can get along with the star?
I believe there is an income limit, and its pretty low.

I believe there is an income limit, and its pretty low.
actually when I looked this up (maybe it's only or the town I am moving to, Lindenhurst) says it's a first time home buyer's NEW house tax relief. also new house additions may also qualify. I had also thought that it was a program for first time home buyers with an income limit. (Not that I ever qualify for these things anyhow, anytime there's an income limit)
